  • Tuition Fees: ₱80,000
  • Book Allowances: ₱22,000
  • For Uniform: ₱6,000

  • Living expenses: ₱67,200
  • For Board and Lodging: ₱60,000
  • Transportation expenses: ₱18,000

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the DOH Pre-Service Scholarship Program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be willing to serve in a DOH-identified priority area for one year after completing your studies

  • Geographically isolated and disadvantaged municipalities / provinces or from top 20 poorest provinces / municipalities / cities -Indigenous communities/ minority sects
  • Children/dependents of government employees, victims of calamity/ tragedy, police / military injured / fatally wounded while on duty, Barangay Health Workers / traditional birth attendants / with chronic diseases

To apply for the DOH Pre-Service Scholarship Program, you must submit the following to the nearest DOH Center for Health Development (CHD):

  • A copy of your high school diploma or equivalent
  • A copy of your transcript of records
